This resource centre is very much a users' involvement project and offers a variety of opportunities (within a friendly and safe environment) to people who are in emotional distress and/or living with mental health problems,
Our referrals come from the continuing support teams, GP's and the west norfolk mental health crisis service. We are open 7 days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays between 9:30 - 4:00 we offer art classes, computer courses, craft sessions, yoga, tie chi, chi gong, reflexology, pottery, and creative writing.
Drop in days are a welcoming place and perfect for people that want to meet new people, have a chat and cup of tea, or play a game of cards or pool.
