West Norfolk MIND employs 40 staff and has projects in Downham Market, Swaffham, King's Lynn and Heacham. Our services include four day-resource centres,
one situated in each major town and one in Heacham. We also have two shops, two furniture recycling projects and a rehabilitation hostel in King's Lynn. There is a rehabilitation flat in Downham Market and 8 permanent flats in King's Lynn; we have staff working with Social Services and the West Norfolk Primary Care Trust in the new Crisis & Home Treatment Services based in King's Lynn.

Promotes positive mental health and social inclusion within the community
a) We provide a variety of services from Day Resources to Residential and Rehabilitiation Hostels, Employment Training via Retail and Recycling Projects and Self - Employment
b) We are a Service-User led organisation with a minimum of two representatives on each project.
c) We promote Mental Health within local schools and local community groups
d) West Norfolk MIND is an active partner with the West Norfolk Primary Care Trust, Social Services Department and Hospital Trust providing Crisis Resolution Services.
