I manage West Norfolk MIND's 4 Day Resource Centres. We have centres named "A Piece of MIND" in Heacham, Downham Market and King's Lynn, and "Realise My Potential in Swaffham". All 4 day - Resources provide services quite differently, but my role is to ensure consistency in the way they are run.

Staff are able to transfer between resources, in the short and longer term. This encourages ideas, activities and equipment to be shared effectively, and increases motivation for staff and service users alike. We are able to offer a variety of services to people across a large catchment area, from Burnham Market on the coast, through the Massinghams to Swaffham, via Downham Market to Outwell, to King's Lynn and the Tilneys. .

Service users are not restricted to any particular geographic location but do need to be able to access the resource of their choice independently.
