Return to Work Projects

West Norfolk Mind has two return to work projects. One is located at Saunders Yard in King's Lynn; the other is at Cousins Court in Downham Market. Both projects aim to enable service users to return to work.

Saunders Yard

This project recycles furniture and gives service users a chance to work in a successful business. There is no pressure for service users to move on, but it gives them a chance to work as part of a team. It will also undertake small removals and has a shop.

The project is open
Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm

Cousins Court

This is a project that provides and enhances the possibilities of work opportunities and enables Service Users to find an understanding of themselves and others. Service users come to this project as a stepping stone to work. The project has links to other employment agencies such as the Prince's Trust and Meridian East. Cousins Court offers a structured' disciplined working day; it also offers support in confidence-building and self- motivation. Cousins Court has a shop as well as a workshop. In the workshop, picture framing, furniture restoration and the making of seasonal goods takes place.

The project is open
Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.00pm
Saturdays 10.00am to 1.00pm
